1. Orders & Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in AED and include applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
2. Shipping
Orders are shipped from the UAE. Delivery times vary by location. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of stationery products, returns are accepted only if the item is unused and in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Your personal data is used only to process your order and will never be shared with third parties except for payment and delivery partners.
