Processing Time
All orders are prepared and dispatched from Dubai within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates. Free shipping is offered on all orders above AED 100. For orders below AED 100, a flat delivery fee of AED 20 will apply.
Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days depending on your location within the UAE. Remote areas may require additional time.
International Shipping
International shipping is not yet available. We are working to expand our delivery network soon.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details or a delivery confirmation message from our courier partner.
Delays and Exceptions
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier schedules, weather, or public holidays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. Atelier Eugénie cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
