Shipping Policy

Processing time

All orders are prepared and dispatched from Dubai within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Once your order is on its way, a courier will contact you by SMS or phone to arrange delivery. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping rates and delivery

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates. Free shipping is offered on all orders above AED 200. For orders below AED 200, a flat delivery fee of AED 20 will apply.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days depending on your location within the UAE. Remote areas may require additional time.

International shipping

International shipping is not yet available. We are working to expand our delivery network soon.

Order tracking

The courier sends delivery updates directly, usually by SMS. If you have a question about your delivery, write to us and we will check with them.

Delays and exceptions

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier schedules, weather, or public holidays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. Atelier Eugénie cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
