Who we are

Atelier Eugénie is a brand of ASTORA DECORATION MATERIALS & PARTITIONS TRADING CO. L.L.C, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with its office at Office 43-44 Owned by Dubai Municipality, Al Fahidi, Bur Dubai, Dubai, and VAT registration number (TRN) 104053905600003 (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms

These terms apply to every order placed on ateliereugenie.com. By placing an order, you accept them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

Our products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another, and small variations in stitching, texture or the glycerine of our soaps are part of their character rather than a defect.

Our soaps are for external use. The full ingredients are listed on the product page — please check them if you have allergies or sensitive skin.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT. The price that applies is the one shown when you pay. Delivery within the UAE is AED 20, and free on orders above AED 200.

Payment is taken by card through Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure page and are never seen or stored by us. Your order is accepted once your payment is confirmed and we send you a confirmation email.

Availability and pricing errors

If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was clearly shown in error, we will contact you before sending anything. You may then accept the corrected order or receive a full refund.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates, as described in our Shipping Policy. Your order becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds follow our Refund and Returns Policy. Items that arrive damaged or faulty are always covered.

Gift notes

We write your gift note by hand, exactly as you give it to us. We may decline a message that is offensive or unlawful, in which case we will contact you first.

Corporate and bulk orders

Orders of 25 pieces or more, and corporate or event orders, are made on the basis of a written quotation. The quotation sets out the quantities, timing and payment terms, and applies alongside these terms. Such orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the items arrive damaged or faulty.

Our names and images

The Atelier Eugénie name and logo, our product names, photographs and texts belong to us. Please do not reuse them without our written permission.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law. Beyond those rights, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
